We are Storytellers, experts in capturing and portraying what really matters to patients and other individuals using evocative photographic art, film and narrative, allowing you to make a memorable, emotional connection with your audience. SbD Creative was founded by award-winning photographer Ceridwen Hughes, internationally recognised as a Hasselblad Heroine (2023).

Same but Different cic is a not for profit organisation that stimulates conversation, changes attitudes and empowers those affected.
At Same but Different, they strive to continually create innovative and unique campaigns that capture people’s attention and encourage dialogue.
Participants have the opportunities to share their stories and have a stronger voice, whilst the wider community can use these campaigns to reduce isolation.
